My grandma is 82 years old. She lives alone, her sight is weak, and she can’t cook anymore. I am stuck in London on quarantine, so I am very nervous about her well-being and mental state. She is now staying at home in Norfolk, VA. I am looking for someone to cook her a nice meal, deliver it, and have a little warm chat with my granny. All of the items will be paid for separately.

Hello, I am a 67 years old woman living in Union County, New Jersey, and I must confess, I am really feeling the brunt of this quarantine. I have had a series of medical conditions over the last few years that have left me confined to a wheelchair and left my health, not at 100 percent.

I’m quickly running low on my meds and other home supplies, and I’m seriously terrified of going out to get some, as I have learned that older people are more likely to experience fatal complications from the Covid-19 Virus.

I am alone and well right now, but in need of quick help. I need someone who can regularly help with my shopping; this will include my medication, groceries, and other home supplies. I’ll be most grateful.

Coronavirus – COVID – Biology. Coronavirus – COVID-19 - Live updates tracking the pandemic Feline enteric coronavirus FCoV causes a mild or asymptomatic infection in domestic cats, but during persistent infection, mutation transforms the virus into a highly virulent strain of FCoV Feline Infectious Peritonitis Virus, FIPV , that leads to development of a lethal disease called feline infectious peritonitis FIP.. Coronaviruses CoVs , enveloped positive-sense RNA viruses, are characterized by club-like spikes that project from their surface, an unusually large RNA genome, and a unique replication strategy. J Mol Biol. The number of accessory proteins and their function is unique depending on the specific coronavirus. National Center for Biotechnology Information , U. IFNs in combination with ribavirin may have increased activity in vitro when compared to IFNs alone against some coronaviruses; however, the effectiveness of this combination in vivo requires further evaluation [ ]. Infected cells were fixed at 17 h p. Identification of a noncanonically transcribed subgenomic mRNA of infectious bronchitis virus and other gammacoronaviruses.

Mar 29,  · Coronavirus-infected cells contain multiple overlapping subgenomic, capped, and polyadenylated mRNAs with a common 3′ end. Each subgenomic mRNA and the viral genomic RNA, which also serves as an mRNA, is translated to yield only the protein encoded by the 5′ gene on the mRNA. Epidemiology of Coronavirus. Mar 06,  · Fears have been raised the coronavirus Covid may have mutated into a second deadlier strain. Scientists from Peking University in Beijing looked at the DNA of patient samples. They concluded the virus appears to have evolved into “two major types”, defined by two genetic mutations, both. Coronaviruses (CoVs), enveloped positive-sense RNA viruses, are characterized by club-like spikes that project from their surface, an unusually large RNA genome, and a unique replication strategy. Pathogenic virus-specific T cells cause disease during treatment with the calcineurin inhibitor FK implications for transplantation. However, it may be important in certain clinical and veterinary settings or in epidemiological studies to identify an virus replication coronavirus agent.

The recent emergence of a novel coronavirus (‐nCoV), which is causing an outbreak of unusual viral pneumonia in patients in Wuhan. We isolated virus from nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal specimens from this patient and characterized the viral sequence, replication. The novel coronavirus outbreak raises questions about how such when copying DNA, so RNA viruses make mistakes during replication.
